Before embarking on her journey at EdPro, Hayfa began her career as a mathematics, science and chemistry teacher, then took additional responsibilities such as Duke of Edinburgh Assessor and Leader, Exams Officer, Operations Manager, Technology Coordinator, and eventually Deputy Headteacher.

Thus, she founded EdPro Education Services, an educational services provider aimed at delivering quality educational resources, consulting, and professional development to schools and educators worldwide.
